What we collect
The photos you upload, the choices you make in the tool (room, style, budget, notes), and the redesigns we generate for you. If you create an account, we also store your email address. We keep basic usage events, such as which pages were viewed and when a render was started, so we can see what is working.
Why we collect it
To make your redesign, to show it back to you in your dashboard, to count your free renders, and to improve the product. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your photos publicly.
Your photos
Uploads and results are stored privately. Only you can see them through your account. If you use the tool without signing up, your renders are tied to your browser and are not linked to a person until you create an account and claim them.
How long we keep your photos
Uploaded photos are automatically deleted after 30 days. Your finished redesigns stay in your account until you delete them or delete your account, which removes everything tied to it. Renders made without an account are tied to your browser and are removed after about 30 days if they are never claimed. Account deletion is self-serve from your account settings page.
Services we rely on
We use a hosting and database provider to run the site and store your account and images, an AI image provider to generate the renders, and a scheduling tool for design consults. They process this information on our behalf.
Deleting your data
You can delete individual redesigns from your dashboard at any time. If you would like your whole account and everything in it removed, email hello@oldhousesocal.com and we will take care of it.
